How will you determine the value of my vehicle?
We have a team of appraisers on-site who have been trained to evaluate your vehicle and offer you a fair price. They will use available reference materials as a starting point, using the make, model, options, model year and mileage. From that point, they will check the actual condition, both exterior and interior of your vehicle. They will test drive the vehicle to ensure that major systems are in proper working order and performing as expected. Next, they will refer to a Carfax report to check the vehicle’s maintenance history. At that point, they should be ready to present you with an offer.
How long do I have to wait for an offer?

Does my car or truck have to be in perfect condition for you to purchase it?
No, but of course, the condition of your vehicle is part of the appraisal process. Our advice is to bring it to us as clean as possible. You want to receive top dollar for your car or truck, so it pays to wash the car and remove any personal belongings. You will probably want to clean any stains on the upholstery and be sure that your windshield wipers, turn signals and all lights are working properly. You don’t want a minor item to detract from the value.
What should I bring with me, when I have chosen to sell my vehicle to you?
We will need your car’s title or payoff information, your registration and driver’s license and all keys, fobs and remotes.
